We love our furry friends, but please we do ask that they are well-behaved and leashed throughout our taproom and beer garden. Salty Turtle beertenders, management, and ownership reserve the right to ask guests to take their pets home if they cannot comply with taproom standards throughout their stay.
We are family-friendly until 8 pm, bring ’em in! Families in the taproom or beer garden may be asked to make arrangements by Salty Turtle beertenders, management, or ownership after this time.

While we’re certain that you’ll want to take a piece of Surf City’s finest home with you, yes, we do. We also fill crowlers, and have a can cooler full of freshies to-go.
Steins are seasonal and they sell fast! Be sure to keep an eye on our Facebook & Instagram stories for release dates of these handmade in the USA ceramic steins from Sunset Hill Stoneware.
We do! We offer our very own hard seltzer, Surfizz, as well as wine and cider options from carefully curated suppliers.

No, but we encourage guests to utilize local take out and delivery options! Our beertenders are happy to offer recommendations. We also have a regular rotation of tasty food trucks, so be sure to check out our events!

We brew on a 7-barrel brewhouse. We have four 7-barrel fermenters and two 15-barrel fermenters. We may be small, but we are mighty!

We offer different weekly events including (but not limited to) $5 Flights on Mondays, Run Club on Tuesdays, and Meeser Eddie’s Fun Time Trivia on Wednesdays, but we strongly encourage guests to check out our events page to find out what fun we might have in store.
We’re so glad you asked. The Cove is our premier event space. Guests will have the opportunity to book private events (including rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, paddle parties, etc.) in a chic, modern space with the guarantee of Salty Turtle hospitality, beer, and our signature style.
